Clinical Mental Health Counseling students who have completed PSY 664 Counseling Skills and Techniques prior to starting the certificate or stand-alone applicants who either hold a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related field or those who have the approval of the Director of Graduate Psychology Programs.
