Trespass Procedures
Bay Path University and Cambridge College are private institutions and, thus, can establish restrictions on access to their facilities and grounds by non-community members. Uninvited guests who violate campus policies and/or behavior in a manner that is disruptive to the community will be asked to leave University property. Invited guests of community members are expected to adhere to University policies. Failure to do so could result in that person being asked to leave campus.
Individuals who are not members of the University Community who behave in a manner inconsistent with campus expectations and policies may be issued a no-trespass notice, which would prevent their return to campus. Any member of the University Community (student, employee, staff) who behaves in a manner that is disruptive to the learning environment and/or threatens the safety of the community may be issued a temporary no-trespass order as a determination is made with regard to further action.
