Life Science Certificate
The Life Science Certificate is designed to introduce students to the science fundamentals. The certificate includes a broad range of eligible biology, chemistry, and math courses as well as the opportunity to choose related electives. This coursework is designed to meet a variety of interests and needs in the field of life science. Students who complete this certificate will have the foundation they need to move on to higher level coursework and/or degree programs. Note that some courses included in the certificate may have pre-requisites and require planning accordingly. Furthermore, for students at The American Women’s College, staff would work with you in the course of regular advising meetings to ensure appropriate planning. Students in the traditional program would work with their assigned faculty member or advisor on eligibility and on a course sequence/plan.
