Initial Declaration

Graduate students declare their program and concentration at the time of admission. Students work closely with their admissions counselor and advisor throughout the declaration process to ensure their chosen concentration aligns with their academic goals, career aspirations, and degree completion timeline.

Changing a Graduate Concentration

Graduate students who wish to change their declared concentration must consult with their advisor and/or program leader to discuss the implications of the change, including potential impact on degree completion timeline, financial aid, and course availability. After this consultation, students may change their concentration by submitting a Change of Concentration Form on BPU Community.
