In accordance with its longstanding commitment to respecting the sincerely held religious beliefs and observances of its students, Bay Path University complies with the requirements of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 151C,  Section 2B. Under this law, a student who is unable, because of their religious beliefs, to attend classes or participate in an examination, study, or work requirement on a particular day shall be excused from those academic obligations and provided an opportunity to make up the missed work, provided that doing so does not create an unreasonable burden on the University. Students will not be charged any fee for such accommodations, nor will they experience adverse or prejudicial effects for exercising this right.

Students seeking a religious accommodation should notify their instructor as early as reasonably possible so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
